Lobster



We boiled him (her?) for 6 minutes.

Had the lobster with clarified butter (simmer butter until foam bubbles up to the top and fat particles drop to the bottom - you want the clear stuff in the middle so skim the foam and pour off the clear stuff... that's clarified butter) and a chardonnay.

Miss blogging about food! When we get our lives back in order we'll be back! Promise!
